Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice, always ring to

All Prices include Delivery and Pickup during Normal Business Hours,
alternate arrangements can be made at additional cost to the hirer.
Prices Include Delivery to Brisbane areas as
defined at at the whole discretion of Boardroom Solutions. Call for other areas.
1. All prices include delivery, pick up and set
up in Business hours to the selected Area.
2. The hirer accepts full responsibility for the
product during the hire period and indemnifies Boardroom Solutions Pty Limited
for any loss it may have as a result of this hire agreement.
3.In particular if any hire equipment is not
available for Pick up at the designated time the customer agrees to pay
Boardroom Solutions the full cost of replacement of the unit at the price listed
on the Hire agreement.
4.
All Hires must be paid for prior to commencement of Hire.
5. Boardroom Solutions
does not guarantee the use of Hire equipment till payment is receipted.
6. Payment Terms
listed on Invoice must be adhered to or an Administration Fee of $33 including
GST will be charged on Payments over 14 days overdue and all future Hires will
be suspended until Payment is received.
7. We reserve the
right to charge a minimum hire charge of $100 Inc GST per hire.
