1. All hires must be booked 72 hours prior to start of hire. Other hires may be accepted at the discretion of Boardroom Solutions Pty Limited but will incur additional cost to the hirer. 2. All Prices include Delivery and Pickup during Normal Business Hours, alternate arrangements can be made at additional cost to the hirer. 3. The hirer accepts full responsibility for the product during the hire period, (as soon as it leaves Boardroom Solutions’ Care until it is returned) & indemnifies Boardroom Solutions Pty Limited for any loss it may have as a result of this hire agreement, and agrees to pay Boardroom Solutions the replacement Cost of the goods listed if they are damaged in any way. 4. In particular if any hire equipment is not available for Pick up at the designated time the Customer agrees to pay Boardroom Solutions the full cost of one additional days hire plus any Costs incurred by Boardroom Solutions. 5. All Hires must be paid for prior to dispatch of Hire if they are not on an approved account. 6. Boardroom Solutions does not guarantee the use of Hire equipment till payment is receipted and all terms are accepted. 7. Payment Terms listed on this Invoice must be adhered to or an Administration Fee of $33 including GST will be charged on Payments more than 14 days overdue and all future Hires will be suspended until Payment is received. 8. Proof of Identity Must be supplied prior to the dispatch of any hire. 9. All Hires are subject to minimum hire charge of $88 Inc GST
